Talk: The Telekommunist Manifesto
Presenter: Dmytri Kleiner
When: 7pm – 8pm, Friday 29th June
Where: Paccar Theater, Science Gallery, Trinity College Dublin

Dmytri Kleiner will talk about the ideas and practice of Telekommunisten, introducing some of the Miscommunication Technologies series of artworks, and covering themes from the Telekommunist Manifesto. In the age of international telecommunications and the emergence of the information economy, how can class conflict and property be understood? Drawing from political economy and the topologies of computer networks, The Telekommunist Manifesto is a contribution to commons-based, collaborative and shared forms of cultural production and economic distribution.
